Gas burner production

The 'FG' gas burner is a precision made component to ensure that it works well every time. Here we see the main burner tubes being produced on the CNC vertical machining centre fitted with 4th axis to rotate the tube during machining. This process machines the 48 tiny burner holes and the two larger air holes in three radial positions in less than two minutes.
