Milling parts to shape is required on many items and the use of CNC machines speeds the job up considerably.
The Bridgeport Interact 316 CNC vertical machining centre is seen here. This can automatically change between 16 different milling, drilling, boring or tapping tools in any order and will carry out a wide variety of machining operations to produce complicated parts. A 4th axis can be added as and when required to rotate parts and allow machining at different angles.
